We do not quite understand why popular high street shops insist on having delivery times of anything between 1 – 12 weeks. We do, however, understand that delivery time is a very important factor when buying a product. For this reason, we have ensured that we hold vast quantities of stock that not only represent excellent value for money but can also be delivered to our customers within 1-2 working days.


Delivery Service

We have trialed a huge number of UK logistics companies to ensure that the delivery service we offer is second to none. As well as offering bed frames and mattresses on a 1-man overnight service, we are able to deliver our larger items using a 2-man, white glove, room of choice service. The two man premium service provides a 3-4 hour time slot the day prior to the agreed day of delivery.


Collection and Recycle Service

Mattresses account for over 180,000 tons of landfill each year and can take over 10 years to decompose. Very little has been done to reduce the landfill attributable by beds and mattresses despite each component being recyclable. For this reason, Bedstar has taken the step of offering a collection and recycling service. When you purchase a mattress and/or a divan base, Bedstar will offer you the opportunity to help the environment by having your old bed/mattress collected and 100% recycled.

Our sales team continually trawls our competitor’s prices to ensure that our prices remain the most competitive on the internet. However, if you do find another internet retailer supplying the same exact product at a lower price, we will look at matching the price for you.


Hassle Free 7 Day Return Policy

If you receive a product that you do not like and would like to send it back to Bedstar, as long as you do not sleep on it, keep it in its original packaging and inform us in writing within 7 days of receiving the product, you can return the product for a full refund. Alternatively, we can collect the item from you for a charge.


Minimum 12 Month Guarantee on all Products

For peace of mind, all products that we sell come with a minimum 12 month manufacturer guarantee. If anything goes wrong with your purchase within 12 months of receiving it, our Customer Support Department will be able to arrange a suitable resolution whether it be a replacement part, replacement product or an on-site repair.


100% Secure Ordering System

We use the latest technology to ensure that ordering both over the phone and via our website is 100% secure. When ordering on the website, our payment processor, HSBC, ensures that no third party can view any of your personal details. Once your credit/debit card details have been entered into our online checkout, even members of staff cannot view them. Orders through the phone are entered directly on our secure system where again, as soon as the transaction has been processed, the credit/debit card details are no longer visible.
