Price Match Service

If you can find the same product on another website for a lower price Bedstar will endeavour to match that price, If successful we will throw a free gift in for good measure.

This ensures that not only will you be paying the lowest possible price for your chosen product, but that you will also benefit from our excellent customer service and efficient delivery system.

We have now added a price match button to every product on the website which links to a price match form for you to fill in. Please fill in all the relevant information about where you have seen the product cheaper and make sure to select your free gift. Once the form has been sent to us, a sales representative will be back in touch within one business day to verify your request.

When contacting us it is mandatory that you provide the following information:

1. Name
2. Telephone Number
3. Email Address
4. Product you have seen
5. Price of product seen
6. Website in which you have seen the product of interest - Please provide the address of the website

*Please note that the exact product specification including special options and drawers must be included

Once we receive your information, our sales team will actively seek to prove your price match request and contact you by telephone. (Please ensure that you provide us with a telephone number to which you are accessible to.)

Please allow 1 -2 hours for a reply.

Bedstar Ltd can only provide this service on products that:

1. Are on our website
2. Are made by manufacturers that we hold accounts with

Bedstar Ltd will not price match any of the following types of goods:

1. Shop damaged
2. Shop floor models
3. Second hand
4. Discontinued goods
5. Bulk buys ( Note that bulk purchase negotiations with other web retailers are unable to be proved)

• A price match can only be provided on current prices.
• A price comparison must come from a recognized, reputable, legally trading UK internet bed retailer.
• The approval of the retailer is up to the discretion of bedstar Ltd.
• Price matches will not be authorized in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
• Once the price has been matched, it will remain matched for a period of 1 hour.If the customer exceeds this time limit a new request must be made.
• The price match is non transferable. The matched price will only apply to the person purchasing the good.
• The price match will apply to the overall basket price and will take into consideration delivery charges and any other charges incurred that do not relate directly to the product.

Bedstar Ltd reserves the right to decline, terminate or revoke any request made by the customer
